Release.


For me, there is a moment in every yoga class where things start to click - my monkey mind turns off, my body starts to flow and I experience a release from everything. The funny thing is no matter how many times I practice, I still fight the let go, the surrender in to that moment.

Since becoming a Mom, that moment of release is even more special. Its a reminder for me on my mat and with Blake that when I let go, thats where the magic happens. Thanks yoga for the reminder today, and always.
